I was wondering all of us our working habits has changed due to COVID-19
working using zoom and other medias is completely new era. I could not
sit for eight hours or more doing work with my computer. I got to take a brake
I got to move. Where you work in office is completely different. Can you
do your work at home for eight hours or more none stop?

Do you take any brake in between , like eating, going out for a fresh air or just going for a short walk?

If I tried, I probably could. However, I find I need to move every hour or so to keep blood flowing and to get other things done, like workouts, housework and all of that fun stuff.
