Exercise and its effects on body

Most of the people started exercising at home during lock down, atleast people i know. This is one of the positive affects of lock down . Many including me started gardening for physical activity .
I started seeing the change in my body after starting gardening. some of my friends did work outs and yoga at home .
Its a good change , got many benefits , helped to overcome depression and other negative effects..on body and mind as well

Gardening is fun. Exercise has many benefits. I take long walks sometimes. I do house chores to stay active

If done the right way, I do believe exercises does have benifits. You just have to want to do so. Also learning your body, and knowing what works best for you. I stayed as active as I could during a joke of a lockdown.

Exercise is very helpful to the body. Sadly, I don't exercise. I can only exercise when I walk.

I have been on my weight loss journey for over 3 years before the virus came along. Now I do more walking and also do workouts online.

I think it is good exercise during this lockdown, it would be better if we did positive things every day, at least life would be more useful

Yes i do indoor exercise now and then and i must say it is so refreshing
