Hi guy. there are times that I suddenly woke up at night and having a Legs Cramp and it so painful and I feel like my legs will explode and my breath suddenly stop for a seconds. then I realize that it happen because of the electric fan is near in my legs that makes my legs cold and got cramp. but I can't get rid of the electric fun because it's hot, so I always put some oil in my legs before bed and it will not happen again.
have you guys experience it?

I am not a doctor but I used to have terrible cramps at night. I started using magnesium supplements and the cramps are mostly gone. I started with a low dose and kept going up until the cramps stopped. I take that dose once a day. Maybe you could check with your doctor and see if it is okay for you to try magnesium.

I have sometimes had terrible cramps at night. It seems that it may be partly due to a lack of potassium in the diet. Bananas are a good source of potassium as are many dried fruits and spinach, broccoli, peas and cucumbers (to mention just a few!). Try to include more potassium in your diet and, in the mean time, I found that getting up and sitting in a chair for 10 or 15 minutes helped the cramps to pass. It's all to do with circulation (or the lack of it) really and also to do with what your blood is bringing to the muscles.

@MALUSE Funnily enough, that's an old folk remedy. I presume that it really does help because salt (rock) is rarely pure sodium chloride but also contains a lot of potassium chloride and other salts and as a potassium deficiency is one of the causes of cramps, it is likely to be effective.

Always.
While sitting, sometimes moving, while sleeping.
It comes instantly.
It really is painfully for some time.
I message it to get rid of it.
