Rescued by police from mob justice

Just finished watching the first round of news now and this caught my eyes. I don't even know which of my two cents thoughts i should pen down about it. A man was rescued by police when being beaten by a crowd. Guess why; He gave a school girl a ride on his car and was about to rape her. The girl managed to grab his car key, run and called for help. To start with it is such a shame for him to have his face all over the news; he deserves it i believe. The shame of facing his family if he has any. His daughters not to mention his wife. Where to hide his face from now on. I guess he should have thought of all that before thinking of doing such an evil act. And then there is the girl... leave her alone but her parents or guardians. We live in such an evil world. I cannot fathom why she has not been taught to never accept a ride from a man leave a lone one that she doesn't know about. What are your thoughts?

I don't know if that's real or something fabricated because people have become bored. Did the news report say the girl didn't know the man? And, why are women being made to be the victims? Seriously? I just don't know anymore. In recent years, people have become way too sensitive.

She did not know him personally and it leaves me to wonder how she even agreed to get into his car Yes it is real because the man is shown already in police custody and the police gave a statement

I believe there is something wrong in the brain of those who will rape. I also think it's good that his face has been shown on the news. Even if he feels no shame, others will see him and know to stay away.

@Missmwngi I do not think we will ever truly understand why people do the things they do.

It is really not good to have a ride with a stranger Good thing she had the chance to call for help or she`ll be sorry for the rest of her life

@m_audrey6788 They should have already done that. A high school girl should know better

Though I am a male I was always taught in the childhood not to take a lift from anyone. I don't know how this girl sat with this fellow. Thankfully she escaped and now might have got the lesson. This fellow should be severely punished for what he did

I can't believe the girl got into a car with a man she doesn't know, something just doesn't seem right.

That is the problem with strict parenthood. Parents are not being friends with children. So when children find more friendly people, they feel understood better

I also blame much of it on parenting. Our parent did way better with us and that should remind us how important parenting is

@mildredtabitha I guess each party should bare their own blame For someone in high school she should have known better

The man is shameless, he deserve harsh punishment. He has a daughter. What would he do if someone does that to his daughter? How old is the girl? We're being taught since young not to accept anything from any stranger, let alone go with that person. Even if I do know that person, I still wouldn't go unless it's my close family member.

We do and yeah at least its not that bad here, we just get mass shootings. I do not know you compare the two but at least some are not kind to raping young ladies/

It should be common sense not to get in a car with a stranger. Thankfully she was able to get away
