Phone sensitivity

Hello. I've recently dropped my phone on the ground then I brought it to a technician. He said that everything's ok. Until I noticed that my phone autoclicks some part of my screen. How can I fix this phone problem?

Depending on the device, you can check to ensure no settings were changed, or accept a sensor was damaged in the fall that the tech missed.
