In these Covid clobbered times all my regular habits have been hit. One of the habits was a morning walk on the road outside our foster home. I used to take a fast walk on this road every morning even before sunrise. The surreptitious spread of the virus has compelled me to remain inside. Never in the last 15 months did I set my feet on this road for a walk. However, to keep my body from getting dull or heavy, I do take a long long walk within the campus. Here, l would like to show you a carpet of madhukamini flowers (Murray exotica). The flower spreads a strong yet pleasant aroma. We have three bushes of this tropical beauty , two outside and one inside. It is an indescribable pleasure to spend half an hour walking beside these bushes. Also known as Orange Jessamine, for its aroma, it wears a bright white shawl of blooms! Perhaps because of the idiosyncrasies of weather it has been throwing its petals down for the last two days!
