The bhindi do pyaza is my favourite vegetable, my most ordered dish in any restaurant or dhaba.
The texture of your dish looks perfect.
Am sure as always it will be tasty, do you use any sabji masala in this or some other one like garam.masala.
Which cooking oil you used fr making bhindi sabji.

@Starkinds Oh so use khada garam masala and mustard oil.
In north India mustard oil is used frequently in cooking.
So when is bhindi pyaza getting swiggy ready

I use most of the time Khada Garam Masala and I always used mustard oil for cooking. it's very simple recipe of bhindi do pyaza but you just need to to combined or balance all the things like masala and to Shallow fry onion and bhindi.

Wow! It looks like a delicious fare. I had sweet vermicelli many months back though we have the stocks leftover from last year's Karwa Chauth.

It is great to have things that one enjoys especially when one has to be within the confines of the home.
How are you managing groceries?

Yet we cannot stock vegetables much. Plus fruits. They get spoiled fast.
