Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. I was up very early getting chores done, and as I learned, it all adds up to burn calories. I'll start with my weight. Wake-up weight - 182.6 Calories burned: Miscellaneous - 765 Foot Cycle - 34 Total - 799 Calories consumed: Breakfast 1 Banana 1 Turkey Meatball 2 Eggs Total - 270 Snack 1 Banana Green Grapes Total - 246 Supper 1 Pollack 1 Potato 3.5 Servings Green Beans 1 Cucumber Total - 325 Total calories - 841 Net Calories - 42 It was a good day. You are doing a beautiful job, as your weight is continues to go down:) I ate a donut with white frosting yesterday, so had to improvise on my other two meals and two snacks. It all worked out, in the long run.

I'll be improvising today. I had a large breakfast - calorie-wise. I also had a snack when I got home from church. I've gone up a little, but I always do on the weekend. At least this time it isn't as much as it usually is. I'll start losing again tomorrow when I get back to the Y. I'm glad it all worked out yesterday.

@just4him And you might have been drinking more fluids, that always makes a person's go up. The blessing is, that water weight in gone in a short while.

That's a good day. I don't know how I did with either, because I forget to track it. I also haven't looked at my burned colories for the day, yesterday. I know it'll be around 1700, because it was a shopping day, and while I did get all my steps in (plus another 1200) I didn't do any workouts.
