a colleague told me about this startup company

I think my company is really great so I stayed here even though getting promoted is very hard, but then a friend of mine told me about this startup company that has better pay, a bunch of bonuses every few months and even benefits for the dependents, which we badly need right now.
I'm quite tempted that's why I am updating my resume right now... I haven't updated this in more than 5 years.

In a good company, I would look for positive company reputation and employee reviews, company history, company location, company awareness, company competitors, company financial picture, good online presence, company reviews, and communication and input.
