As I was a topper of my school so I used to get so much respect and attention which I liked a lot although everyone has a equal place but being a studious student and carrying that tag used to make me feel so proud on myself. But it's was just a small part what I felt. Let's see how many of you can relate with it? Thank you for reading this.

Sorry, I was not a topper, can't really relate to the respect. But yeah I was a backbencher, so I can relate to the attention. The tags dint make me feel proud of myself, but yeah it was what it was. You're welcome.

I hated school. It was okay when I was young, but when I got older it just got harder and I basically gave up. By tenth grade I was done. I did the bare minium required just to get buy and didn't care if I graduated. I have to say, I'm glad those days are behind me.

@AnitaPorwal Each person views school differently. How I feel isn't a reflection on my country. Just who I am as a person.

I can relate. I loved school and did very well through graduate school and beyond. So did my husband and both sons. All that led to successful and lucrative careers that we all enjoyed.

My school days were anxious filled as I used to worry how to make a living. But hard work and sincere effort and an attitude to give more than take stood me in good stead. I think life is more a school of hard knocks and we should be prepared to face them.

Unfortunately I realized it very late. When I was a student, I felt a lot of study pressure and I thought it was a tough time. I thought everything would be better when I graduated. And I am wrong

Nope, I am the 'leave me alone' type. I have to trouble socializing but I prefer not to do it.
