rest days feels like...

This is the best 2 days I am always looking forward to. Spending quality time with family is all it takes to start another week., How do you spend yours?

I normally spend time with my family during weekends, we eat together and watch movies or we go for swimming. Have a nice day

Welcome friend. I hope you meet your expectations by joining us in this wonderful group. On the weekends, I apply what I call active rest. I always look for something to do, and it is already in the afternoon when I really disconnect and take a real break.
