For a major population breathing is completely involuntary, if we breathe with a little awareness then it can have its several benefits on the whole body, specially mind.
YOU may have noticed when you are angry you breathing rate increases and then if you try to have deep and long breathe then you can easily shift from anger to calm, peace.
Breathe my friends controls our emotion and various other very crucial things too.
tell me what do you all think of this.

I think it doesn't shift emotions from anger to calm.
It just gives the power to not showcase that anger and proceed with things calmly.
Anger is still there. Just on the inside and not on the outside.
thats what I think.

Yea opinions are completely subjective but next time you try to observe when u r angry and u start to have deep breathe then after few mints say 10-15 the anger might have away completely
