Why depressing music when the weather is bad?

Hi friends, help me understand this one. I can listen to many radio stations (local and INTL) on TV where I have better speakers, but today I've shot it down altogether. It's enough that outside is grey, rainy, and cold, there's no need to play depressing music. The music is always playing while I work at the computer, but it's better to work in a sparkling, positive, and happy ambient.

Would you rather listen to positive hits that lift vibration or heartbroken songs in this weather

I never listen to the sad songs as there create sort of negativity in me.

I did in the past, but I think listening to sad music when you're already down, makes things even worse.

@Loti24 absolutely but when someone is sad one likes to listen to the sad songs only but one should not do that

I always listen to uplifting positive music. I listen to Christian music which is always positive and never dreary.
