My first Mermaid-Themed Cake

There is always a first for everything, this time my first mermaid themed cake. At first I thought that it will be just a tier cake but my client wanted 2-tier mermaid themed cake. Good thing that I do have this mermaid tail fondant cutter which I bought last year. It is my first time to use it since it my first time as well for this theme. I am glad that I was able to bought it or else either I decline the order or will find some.molder which is not advisable to go out more often in this pandemic. Good thing that I also have some sea creatures cutter luke starfish, fish, shell and seahorse. The cake were vanilla and mocha chiffon covered with buttercream icing and decorated with fondant details. It a returning client as well that make my heart full knowing that they chose to order again.
