Different Approach!

I have decided to take a different approach with this job. I am simply going to give them their scores and the requirements to keep their job. I am going to say if you would like to keep your job we can set a time to teach you how to meet the goals. If not you are welcome to fill out the resignation form or continue as you are doing until your position is terminated. What do you think?
