HAS CODE 99002-HANDLING/CONVEYANCE OF ORTHOTICS BEEN DELETED? IF SO what CODE SHOULD I USE?

The following codes previously housed in the Special Services section of the
Physician Services fee schedule will not be valid for services rendered after 1/1/2004:
99002 - Handling/conveyance/etc. of device - Now included in payment for
device.
