How Would Hand-Cream Be 'Dangerous for Diabetics'?

Looking at the label on a tube of 'hand-cream' (skin-cream for the hands), I saw it said "Safe for Diabetics!" Searching the Web just brings me to an article saying 'diabetics need to be careful about their dry skin.' https://www.diabetesselfmanagement.com/about-diabetes/general-diabetes-information/prescription-dry-winter-skin/ It even says that 'diabetics don't need "a certain kind of hand-cream."' Do YOU know anything about that? If there are kinds of hand-cream that would be dangerous for diabetics?

I suppose that's good to remind them to keep their skin-moisture up. (Kinda the way they sell "sports water," though regular bottled water is just as wet.) Everybody gets dry skin, but it's harder for white people to notice because we often don't see it when our skin gets ashy.
