Hi guys whats up! Do you think drinking too much of water will make you fat? they say that drinking plenty of water can help you to lose weight? But when I drink a lot of water I got bloated and makes me difficult to breath. Photo from google-

No. It will not make you fat. You just need to drink it slowly and one glass at a time

oh I think I drink water in a wrong way, cause I drink 3 glasses at a time. thank's for sharing..

Drinking water can not make you fat. It is temporary effect that you feel bulky.

You can drink too much of it and feel a bit bloated. But no, it will not make you fat. Water has no calories, so how could it?

If you drink lot of water before taking your meal and after the meal it's not good otherwise no problem

No, water doesn't make you fat. But I don't think you need to drink more than you can handle as well. I would just go for 8 glasses of water daily. It's already enough for me.

Yes you are right., Philippines have a hot weather as always that's why I drink too much of water to avoid dehydration.
