hello how is everyone today :-)
being back on my health kick i am thinking about getting a fit bit my gym mates tell me they are a good buy and great for keeping close track of fitness
my sister told me recently my niece suggested getting me one for xmas last year but my sister thought it might be annoying to learn to use. my gym mates tell me once it is set up to my phone its easy to go with and downloads the fitness data to the phone on its own i would just use the watch touch screen and get a large one which has a larger band and screen
one of my friends wears one all the time even while sleeping he only takes it off to shower he says the battery lasts for days and easy to charge like a phone or tablet
what are your thoughts or experience with them
do you own one
i am so glad to be back at gym and socialising with new friends and long term friends n meeting new people in general :-)

@Pandy_ that's ok. I guess if we want a good one from a respectable brand then it'll be expensive but actually it's worth the price

@Butterfingers that is true we pay the price for the quality we want i guess also depends on the importance we place on having the item if something is a lot of $$$ and we can go without it in our daily life it not a necessity and we may be better off

I have no experience with them but would like to have one to track my sleep habits.

@Pandy_ I average 2-3 hours per night. The older I get, the harder it is to sleep.

Good to know. It's your decision. If you feel you want to have it, you should buy it. Take care
