Yesterday was a good day. Not to be repeated today. At least not the active busyness of the morning. I'll be leaving after I post this to get the microwave taken care of. Right now, it's nice out. We're warming up though and the humidity is kicking in.
Yesterday was a busy morning. I had a good workout at the YWCA. However, I left with my right knee in pain. It's still painful, so no Y this morning. I also did laundry yesterday and took out the trash, the old microwave with it, but I need to take it elsewhere.
Here then are all my numbers, starting with the weight.
Wake-up weight - 182
After exercise weight - 180.4 down from 180.8
Calories Burned
Swimming - 160
Elliptical - .57/134
Stationary Bike - 2.33/68
Leg Press - 50@60 lbs./58
Laundry - 72
Miscellaneous - 1440
Total Calories Burned - 1860
Calories Consumed
Breakfast
2 Slices Keto/Paleo Bread
Apple Butter
1 Banana
Total - 340
Lunch
2 Eggs
2 Turkey Meatballs
Half serving Raspberries
Total - 253

Supper
2 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches - Keto/Paleo Bread and 2 Slices Alternative Cheese w/ Avocado Oil Mayo
1 Banana
Total - 870
Total Consumed Calories - 1553

I haven't had a grilled cheese sandwich in five years. To find the right bread and the right cheese to make that happen, was awesome!
How did you do with food and exercise if you're keeping track? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

You are doing a very good job, in spite of the pain in your right knee. My diet, it's closely the same each day.

Thank you. It's starting to ease up, which is good. I wonder if it's part of the healing process with the knee. I'm starting to get feeling back in that knee. It still has a long way to go before the numbness is completely gone.
I don't know if I would want to eat the same thing every day.

@just4him No, I don't eat the same thing every day. Instead, I follow the same basic guidelines each day. Only carbs/sugar pose as a real problem, I need to guestimate how much is enough or too much.

@kobesbuddy I'd hate to guestimate.

I use a keto bread too, but it is very expensive, I wish I could find one that is reasonable in price.

Yes, they are expensive. Eating right and healthy costs more than eating junk food and getting fat and dying early.
