Do you think that even if a vegetarian takes care with their diet in order to get the right amount of protein from plant based sources that they would still be fundamentally lacking nutrients from not eating pork, beef, chicken and seafood?

Precisely but dont you think those who are non vegetarian , who hate vegetarian would be missing something too Balanced diet is just hypothetical you do miss something or the other For instance fish is the richest source of proteins but you can compensate it by eating more lentils or egg

What do you mean my non-vegetarians missing out? In order to miss out, they'd have to be carniverous, and the human body can't survive on meat alone. A balanced diet is actually pretty easy to acheive. You just have to know what's in the food you're eating, that's all.

No, since those nutrients can be found in non-meat products. There are eough supplements out there that a person can eat no meat but still receive meat protien and nutrients. It's not easy, and the food does't taste great, but it can be done. I'm not a vegetarian right now, but I used to be.

No vegetarians can get all the nutrients from eating a vegetarian diet. There are different kind of foods which provide all the nutrients. But it is essential to take dairy products.
