If you've ground beef, taco seasoning, fresh veggies, sour cream, Picante or salsa & I like my bite size tortilla chips i get from Target, you're set for it.

Simple and easier to eat. Instead of taco shells, U use Target's bite size tortilla chips to top with my beef taco mix. Delicious!

@oahuwriter I am going to do simple today, sliced ham rolls, a slice of cheese inside, some mayo on top and a couple of boiled eggs with mayo.

Preparing taco fills was once like a 1-2-3 for me. But I've stayed out of cooking for sometime now. Your brunch is appetizing. Will prod my daughter to make tacos, too.
