Is everyone okay?

"How are you?", "Are you okay?" such questions have become more formal much more than their actual meaning. How many times had people actually asked these questions and they really meant it or how many times have we lied saying "I'm fine" even when we weren't. So if nobody had asked you today, I wanna know, " How are you all really doing?" . Have an amazing day everyone:)

I don't really see a reason to lie about how I'm feeling. It benifits no one least of all me. I'm doing good. Enjoying the energy and willingness to get things done. So, I'm happy about that.

I agree with you but the same time you cannot tell how you're exactly feeling especially sad to everyone, because only some are ready to listen to you. Also really glad to know that you're doing good, keep up the good energy and sending more good vibes to you :)

@iplomatsruthi If I'm down or sad, I don't have to. It's obvious. The only thing I don't repeat, is how much pain I'm in. No one needs to know it's near-constant. Chronic can be a bi*tch like that.

@kaylachan Not at all times you have to keep the sadness within you, it is good some times to let it out and not necessarily it should be with the people. You can vent it out by writing in a diary or talk to your dog/cat or any animal. The idea is just not to let the bad vibes consme you.

That's really great sir. What I observed was some people use it as a conversation starters rather than really wanting to know how the person is actually doing. That's just my opinion :)
