I was very excited for my cousin brother's wedding which was going to be held in Bombay. But Covid ruined the opportunity of going there. Although I can understand the situation but having family wedding after so long in our family and not attending it made me feel really sad and disappointed as. Do you all have missed the events as such in Covid where you want to go eagerly?

I feel for you. My daughter was married this past summer and by necessity, it was restricted in terms of who could attend. But it turned out really lovely. And the nice thing is that because of the size of the wedding, it was done on a very small budget, which is better for a young couple starting out. The bride and groom, while wanting to celebrate their special day, didn't want this joyous occasion to be damaged by potentially someone getting sick and dying because of carelessness. Love for our neighbours will help us keep things in perspective.

My friend got married without a feast. She said it's more important for the simple necessary ceremony without holding a large event that is not really required. Plus the current situation is not really suitable.

It really feel sad and disappointed not able to attend such important and valuable events such as wedding. But it is more important and valuable i think, is our health and safety. They could understand why you were not able to attend the wedding, but it truly hurts everytime i wasn't able to attend those family events and gathering. But i really hope and pray this pandemic will really end soon.
