We have sometimes strong gut feeling for some particular things but can not relate it logically, we just feel confident about that. I wonder why does it happen then i came to this term called "Gut instinct".
And i got to know that it happens because our subconscious mind might know something more than we are actually aware of, and that is why we feel confident about that particular thing.
Tell me what you all think of this and if you are aware of more such kinds of term pls comment them down

You've heard the 'falsehood' saying that "we only use 10% of our brains"? Well, we DO use 100% of our brains; but we're only CONSCIOUS of 'a little bit of it' at one time.
When you're operating with 'gut instinct,' you're using all the sensations and processes that your brain is monitoring ... kinda like when you lick your finger & hold it up in the air to make a decision (according to 'which way the wind is blowing').

I agree. Whether we call it gut instinct, a feeling, or leading of the Holy Spirit, it's usually a good idea to pay attention.
