What Makes Me Happy?

Today, just a few minutes ago someone called on the phone and asked the question. I said, well I will have to think on that for a while. I believe that happiness is a choice and I guess perhaps I have not been choosing well. Maybe tomorrow the answer will be better.

Yes, you can choose to be happy in spite of things around you going wrong.

There are many things which make me happy. I am alive and healthy, I have my dear ones with me who love, care and support me. Being here too makes me very happy

If we want to be happy, then we can find happiness everywhere in each and every thing.
