Delicious new discovery

Browsing at my local Walmart yogurt shelf found Light Greek Toasted Coconut Vanilla. Only .77!!! So I tried it. To my delight, it's good!

That does sound pretty tasty! Hey, I have a Hawaiian cuisine question for you -- there's a recipe at work for Hawaiian macaroni salad, but it has potatoes in it. How authentic is that? The local place where I order a plate lunch doesn't have potatoes in their macaroni salad, do they have it wrong?

I don't really know. We do have potato macaroni salad, and, that's all I call it . Each home, however, have their own tweeks to it, such as adding peas, or diced Maui onions, dry mustard...it even bacon bits. Some homes make egg salad with potato macaroni salad!!
