Am tired of acidity

I need a solution to acid reflux. For some years now I have been struggling with acid reflux. Every time I go to the hospital am given different types of medicine to fight acidity. Am tired I want to enjoy my glass of water. I now dread taking water cause of how it aggregates it. In the process if I don't take water I get funny rashes all over my body. Who knows of a solution to this.
