My youngest sister struggle

I don't know why but my youngest sister is like me. She does not like her first job. Her second job she's okay but due to pandemic she lost the job.
Now she have the third job and the salary is okay but now she is crying that the job is so difficult. I remember myself I easily get accepted in my jobs but I always quit because I find it hard and stressful. Please pray for her that she won't give up
