Not rest in peace souls

Hello guys, who did believe that souls when they didn't rest in peace could fly to specific person who they think that he would solve they problems after that, they rest peacefully. I read it in a book, the writer said that it is based on a real story. I'd like to know your thoughts!

@DianneN I don't believe any thing I read in the post I gave just an example of I what people near to me experienced, the story in the book attached me that is why I gave it as an example.
