Due to situation nowadays, a lot of people tend to hook-up on mobile usage, such as watching movies, doing games and to some, doing digital business. And as a result, most people tend to sleep late at night. And for some, they even sleep dawn-time. In effect, if you sleep late, you tend to wake-up late. Thus, according to some health articles that I have read, doing this, is not beneficial to our health. The sleeping time that has been neglected cannot be replace though you can sleep longer hours.

My Mum doesn't go to bed, she sleeps downstairs. She's been told she needs to go to bed to help her legs heal, and she started off OK and went to bed for about 4 nights in a row. But then she stopped and for the last 3 nights she's been going to sleep downstairs again and not waking up until she says it's too late for her to go to bed. She knows she needs to go to bed, but she can't help going to sleep downstairs.

You are right friend, it is not beneficial at all, but sometimes it is necessary, as in the case of my country, where you are forced to work online, at night or at dawn due to the poor quality of the internet service-

It's true that it's not good for health, I try to disconnect my smartphone when I want to sleep, and I set them to turn off starting at the first hour I sleep, and set an alarm that simultaneously turns on my smartphone, so I can stay asleep, I'll just stay up late on the weekend
