Simple egg omeletts.Zip Lock baggie,3 eggs, other optional ingredients, cheese, ham, green peppers, onions, salt and pepper. Place air tight, zipped baggie into pan of boiling water for a few minutes take out let cool then open, it will roll out onto your plate. Throw away plastic baggie and not Mess....
