My friend's jalapeno poppers

He calls them jalapeno poppers but it's not what I think of as poppers. Poppers to me are those deep friend jalapeno cream cheese things that are divine. Anyway he uses cream cheese, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, bacon bits and green onions wrapped in a flour tortilla, rolled up and then cut up. Looks scrumptious. I would never be able to eat these: both the jalapenos and cheese would kill me. Me and my friend used to eat raw whole jalapenos though, back in the old days. But I can't do it anymore; well, neither can he but he thinks it's worth the pain.
