Does anyone have a hard time falling asleep?

Falling asleep at nights have always been an issue for me.....I dont know why but it's so hard sometimes . I can stay up whole night up until 6 in the morning, that's how bad it is. I tried sleeping pills once but it didn't work. And sometimes I have to watch videos to get sleepy. Does anyone have this problem? What do you do to fall asleep tho?

I usually read a book or watch a video online to help me fall asleep. But I'm a night person. I prefer to be awake at night and sleep during the day.
I hope you figure out a way to get the sleep you need.

@Kimbo3 There are certain YouTubers I like to watch that I watch their videos over and over again. They have soothing voices, so I turn on one of those and close my eyes. I turn the volume down so they are just a murmur in my ears and fall asleep.
It sounds like you're actually a night person, too. You will need to train yourself to know daytime is for being awake and night is for sleeping. When I have to be awake during the day, I always find it difficult to stay awake unless I've got something important to do.

@DaddyEvil ahh ok I see will give that a try.......yes I stay awake really well at nights but during the day i find my self falling asleep even when I'm watching tv lol

I do. I can get really tired, and even fall asleep on the sofa, but I am always awake for a few hours once I go to bed. Sometimes, I'll just play a game, read, or do some puzzles for a little while. If it's pain that's keeping me awake, I'll take a pain killer as they make me sleepy

I think you may recollect what you went through during daytime,does anything excited you or upset you.if you emotion waved a lot during the day,it will affect your sleep.when you are sleepless,you may try a music player,try sleeping with music

I had this problem years ago and I have also tried several ways but only yoga worked well on me back then........

I usually always check on my facebook page and see many videos there or I listen to soft music until I feel to sleep.

I think it's because you have stress. Try to reduce stress and you will be fine again.
