Dog flying with ballons.

There was an interesting news in the newspaper, which caught my attention - " "A youtuber was held who tried to fly a dog". A city-based Youtuber, who made his pet dog “fly” by tying it to a bunch of helium balloons and then posted a video of the act, was arrested after an NGO accused him of cruelty towards the animal, as per local Police. I was aghast to read the news. I was wondering for the sake of publicity and for gaining more followers the guy tied helium balloons around his pet dog and made him fly. It was certainly cruel on his part to do so. He later removed the video clipping and apologized for his act in another video. I haven't seen the video and was wondering how he would have done it. If you are also a youtuber or post videos on any social medial platform, Would you every do such an act or would you go to any extent to gain publicity? What is your take on it? One should not cross the limits for publicity, which apparently he did in his zeal and for doing something unnatural and different.

Yes, it was unfair on his part to do such an act of cruelty for the sake of publicity. Hopefully, after such a mistake, he mends his ways.

That was very cruel. He wouldn't have done it had he thought for a while how he would have felt had he been treated the same way.

Yes, it was mindless act on his part. I think he did not apply his mind, he would have occupied with the thought of gaining publicity while attempting this act.

I`m not a youtuber. I don`t like using animals just to gain popularity on social media but if it will help the animal. I think it will be ok. What the youtuber did was not good as it can do harm with the dog

It is wiser on your part that you do not like using animals for any sort of publicity on social media platforms. He definitely tortured the little pet without applying his mind.

That is horrible. It's sad about the kind of attention people need these days - that awful things they would do just to get the "views" . I don't like the stunts some of these people will pull at someone else's expense - in this case, the dog's .

Yes, it seems crazy and atrocious that for gaining likes and popularity, one could go to any extent and could torture even his pet dog. Implementing new ideas is great but not at the cost of little pet. Have a nice day!

Indeed it was cruel for the poor dog. A dog cannot speak like us, it does not mean that you will treat him abnormally. Doing crazy and silly acts are not in good taste.

Yes, his pet would have felt terrified, poor pet cannot speak. When he was asked to remove the post, he defended himself that he is taking good care of his pet.

I can't do that for the sake of publicity. Animals also have rights. That youtuber did a wrong thing and it's good that he apologized.
