I had a good day yesterday with both food and exercise. The only thing I couldn't do was walk the trail. We got almost an inch of rain yesterday into the early morning. Here then are yesterday's numbers beginning with my weight.

That's how I did yesterday. I'm happy with my weight going down and hope it stays that way. To that end, I started wearing the Fitbit again to keep track of my exercise calories and get moving more as I work hard to finish Vendetta. How did you do yesterday with food and exercise? My scale quit working out the battery is messed up. I plan on getting a new scale tomorrow if I remember because the battery keeps talking out the back compartment. I've been eating a few extra carbs and I'm going I'm not gaining.
I get a lot of steps in our day and once the wound is smaller I'll go back to planet fitness hopefully.

@just4him I could go back to planet fitness anytime but it's rather wait until the wound shrinks more so I don't accidentally bump it or something.

That's great. I need to remember to log my meals more often. I reached my step goal early today, because we did some shopping and I pushed myself grater distances today than usual.

I'm almost at the step goal today. That's great you already have it for today. I'd have it if I could get out and walk, but it's too cold and windy. It's supposed to be nicer tomorrow.
Tracking helps a lot.

I got lower. I'll be posting that today. Being Sunday, and I can't weigh twice as I normally do, if I did surpass yesterday's low, I won't know about it until tomorrow.
