despite the pandemic. i mean I'm planning to have my haircut later with some hesitancy. but i need to. i need an eye check up but i feel i should not and wait for covid cases to be much lower to be safe. although i can still go to groceries and malls . but then i avoid going too often . so i could say it is still far from my usual life before this pandemic. there are still lots of things i hesitate to do normally. I wonder what are the things you are still holding back doing for precautions

Good to know. We too are avoiding going out much. We order online and to get other stuff from outside, we take all precautions

Since I do not socialise nor step out much there has not been a huge change in my lifestyle save that with no maid and gardener because of lockdown I had to do some work around the house.

@hotsummer Touch wood - I have not felt the need to visit doctors of late and for minor things I consult them on phone.

We're still holding back a lot here. And we're going back into full lockdown in 3 days.

Nothing. And, your doctors would not want you to neglect your health for any reason. So I'd strongly consider getting those eyes checked if you feel you need to. Should you lose your vision, you'd be forced to get more hands on with things then you'd be comfortable with, just to survive. It's not worth it.

@hotsummer I should know. I'm totally blind. I "see" the world through my hands and ears. So, please.... go see your eye doctor.

Almost everything. visiting a restaurant not an option visiting my barber, not an option visiting mall, not an option visiting friends, not an option The only option is to stay at home and eat, drink and die.

@jstory07 but then people i know goes out lot often thinking they can avoid getting infected and yet they don't want vaccines . although they avoid crowded places and wear mask but still i do not think we can feel so comfortable yet. specially they like me just ride public transportation where there are usually 10 people with you inside and distance between people is like you can almost rub elbows
