Foods cooked outside is more tasty :)

There are times I am thinking, why the cooked foods that we buy outside is likely more tasty than the foods being cooked at home. Just like the street foods "fishball" and "meat balls" that we sometimes buy from our neighbor. Whenever we buy it from them as cooked-food, the taste was so yummy, unlike if we are the one who prepare and cooked it, the taste is bit differ. And because of this, I have tried to watch them how they cooked it, and the process is the same. Really curious about this :)

I have no idea that where are you from? We generally do not get 'fishball' or 'meatball' as street food here in our area.
I think street food seller use lots of spices and ingredients which you do not generally use at home, therefore, that food feels tastier than home food.

You could add spices and condiments to spice up your home cooked food, as per your taste.
