Just got some more pain medication

It was approaching 4 hours since my first dose of morphine The pain was definitely coming back and I didn’t want to get to the point where I was when I walked in so I told the nurse. He got in touch with the doctor (who I still haven’t seen) and he (or she) approved another dose.
It is making me sleepy but I need to stay awake to see what the doctor says and if I am being admitted. At least the pain will go away.

They gave me morphine once. I puked all over the place. They wrote down “allergy to morphine” and I haven’t gotten it since. Good thing I have a high pain tolerance.

Morphine, that's very heavy duty pain killer! I wonder why he resorted to this medication, so quickly:(
