Cloud Berries

Have vitamin C and can be used for a long time.. I have them in my fridge a long time, and last summer also froze them too.. lingon berries also last a long time.. Seems that our Creator has made them last so long.. what do you think? When people had no freezer, they learned to use these berries all year..

I know lingon berries because I buy the jam at Ikea. I do not believe they grow here.

You might find them in the mountains as fresh, but at Ikea of course..

I could make them, but I put them in yogurt with other fruits and eat them just as they are - and chew them.. might be good for the teeth..

You could find it online.. They grow in Finland and Sweden and maybe other places too..

That is possible.. I have learned that too much fluoride can be harmful, some kinds might, if they are synthetic?

@buenavida In our area, we have well water. My kids needed fluoride treatments when they were growing up to prevent cavities. All fine now.

I haven't heard of cloud berries, but I have had lingon berries. They're very good.
