Yesterday was a very good day for fitness. I surpassed my goals by a huge margin. I kept my food within reason too. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight.
Wake-up - 179.6
After exercise weight - 178.6
Last month's weight - 182.8
Today's weight - 177.6
I would normally save today's weigh-in for tomorrow, but it is the first of the month. As you can see, I'm finally moving the scale down.

As you can see it was a good day and a good month. I'm down 5.2 pounds from May 1. I call that a nice win.
How did you do yesterday with food and exercise? I know it was a holiday so many of you weren't paying attention to your food consumption or exercise.

The scales are moving down, 5.2 pounds was a wonderful accomplishment for May! For June, you will be doing the exact same thing, but even better:)

I treated yesterday like any other Monday. The only thing different I did, was make a meal for my husband and I. Normally we'd eat microwave meals out of the freezer knowing he has to open the next day, but we talked about it and he was on board with me making some ribs. We have a gril, but it's still in the box. So frozen ribs baked in the oven it was. Still good. Turned my kitchen into a mini sana, too.
