Wow nontoxic this is a great list - tons of information for me. I am tired of working 50 hour weeks and missing my baby. My husband stays home right now but hopefully that will change in the near furture and I can move on. I am hoping that in the next couple of years I can work my way up to staying at home...(wish me luck!!)

I prefer the www.wahm.com site. It had WAY more companies than I was even aware of; and actual people who work (worked) for them. The people all seem to give their honest opinions, too. I currently JUST started with ChaCha, but haven't taken any requests, yet. I worked for West as a work at home agent for over 2 years. Some of the long (and I mean LONG) scripts and upsells can wear you down sometimes. I'm waiting to hear from WorkingSol, just like a million other people are lol. I have 5 kids, so daycare would require me to take out a loan, and it's not worth it. It doesn't pay enough to pay a mortgage or anything, but every little bit helps. Hope this helps!

YellowRose this helps a lot thanks. I have joined wahm.com, it really seems to have a lot of resources to help me move on from the 9-5 blah. What is ChaCha - I have seen it mentioned a few places but don't know what it is....

I do Jockey Person to Person. They have not been in the in home party business very long. Jockey has been in business for years. Their parties are very different. You or your hostess just invite people over to shop. You don't have to get up and do a big speech or anything. It is great. Women are always buying bras, panties, pajamas and sports wear. The product is comfortable and they can't buy these Jockey items in stores. Go here to check it out. If anyone is interested just e-mail me on here. http://www.jockeypersontoperson.com

I'm a sahm and try to be a wahm lol. I have started doing a few of these sites that you do an offer and refer people to do the same and you get paid. I completed my first one and got paid $250 for getting 5 people to join and do an offer. I just got paid $210 yesterday for doing another site and getting only 3 people to join. I have my paypal records as proof I was paid. It wont make you rich but its extra cash:) Their are several of these sites to do here are a couple I'm working on now. this one you need to do an offer and get 3 people to do the same and you can get $210 by paypal or anyway you'd like it http://primodinero.com/5Spot/page/index.php?referral=2 On this site you need to do an offer and get 6 people to do the same and you can get $300 or you can do all the offers yourself and you wouldn't have to get others to do it. This site pays really fast if you do it yourself too :) http://www.YourFreeVideoiPods.com/index.php?ref=3551183 and this is another one it is free to do you need more people but it dosn't require a credit card or anything you sign 3 people up and they do an offer and you get $25 paypal http://25.Free4Every1.com/index.php?referral=231

I work at home part time. If you already have a skill that you can use online then avoid working for those places with lots of testing, asking for lots of information, and have an extreme number of rules. If you are working at home you should be working for yourself. If a site has lots of requirements and evaluates you from THEIR end then you are not self employed, they are playing fast and loose with the term. If you don't want to be self employed then the screening process shouldn't raise anyflags foryou. Avoid those place that say you can set your own hours, pay based solely sales commissions, have levels, reqire self promotion and the like. If you work for a company they should be paying you a flat fee of some sort and it should not be so little that you cannot be satisfied with it.

Its really a good idea if you enjoy being at home. I work from home and have for almost 2 years as a customer service representative. The things you have to take into account are 1) do you want to be at home with your children full time? 2) most of the work at home jobs are independent contractor positions so you'll have to worry about paying your own taxes and put a percentage of each check aside to do that. I hope you find what you're looking for if you do decide to do it and I wish you the best of luck.

Well, it depends on what you want to do. I have worked for Liveops, and West. That is working in a callcenter taking inbound customer service calls. I do forum posting you can check out www.forumbooster.net. I have tried many different things to try and pull in some extra income from home but it really comes down to what you are interested in doing, I don't like phone work so West and Liveops didn't work out but others love them. Good Luck in finding something.
