There are many ways people like to have their eggs! Some like hard boiled eggs while some want soft boiled eggs. Some prefer to have scrabled eggs. Sunny side up is one of the popular style people would relish the egg! Nut I like to have my egg mostly in the form of omelette with good amount of onions in it! How about you? How do you like to have your eggs?

I like hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and egg omelets. (I can't make an omelet, though, so I usually make scrambled eggs and put veggies in them while scrambling them. Pretty and I call it scrambled with stuff.

It depends on when I take my eggs. In the morning I prefer half fried or half boiled with bread for breakfast, in the afternoon it is hard boiled and at night it is omelette or bhurji with lot of onions, tomatoes and green chilies.

I like them in a lot of different ways. Over medium when fried, omelet style, hard boiled and in soup kind of like poached or perhaps egg drop soup.

@rebelann , Yes people who are non vegetarians may not be craving for eggs as they are already eating meat so the amount of eggs you are consuming is Ok!

I do eat eggs but not as often as it sounds, usually I'll have 3 eggs when I do have them but I only have eggs maybe 3 times a month. I prefer fish or chicken mostly.

I like eggs period. Often, I mix cheese, milk and butter when making scrambled. Then, I microwave the mixture.

I am also fan of boiled egg and some times when I feel hungry, I simply pick one from the fridge and eat with either salt +pepper or like that only without anything added!

Gosh? Do I have to choose? Hmm. lol. I prefer a scrambled egg over a fried egg, but if I do eat a fried egg I prefer the sunny side up (or over easy) kind. Fun to dip my toast in the runny yolks. I prefer hard boiled to soft or poached. I do love, love, LOVE omelets. Pretty much, other than raw, eggs are just good, and how I eat them just depends on my mood.
