What's for breakfast on this sunny and cool Sunday?

I just had eggs and bacon. But my cupboard is bare. I see a grocery shopping expedition coming on.
What are you up to today? I will talk to my brother (in Boston) on the phone and then head to Michael's house for some music jamming action (with Burl Jam).

I had some buttered toast and coffee.
My youngest daughter is insisting on having a Pride celebration today and is making rainbow layered gelatin. It's actually quite pretty and has taken her several hours.

I made a salad: baby grape tomatoes, long yellow pepper, cucumber, scallion, finely shredded coconut, roasted sesame seeds, dried cranberries, dried basil, fresh parsley and dill, sea salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil. And on top I put burrata and drizzled it with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I also cut slices of dark Lithuanian bread and browned them on the skillet using ghee instead of oil. And then we had coffee and gouda cheese.
Need to go buy some toilet paper. We are running out. I hope our brand is available at Target. It's cheaper there than at the supermarket.

@DaddyEvil OHhh, that's some super green there! How much "forest" do you have back there, I would think you could spot honeysuckle easily. I was thinking to get some honeysuckle here - not for the same reason as Pretty exactly, but they do cover certain areas well . Will look for your post !

@much2say The "forest" at the end of the yard is roughly ten feet thick. The trees are saplings of walnut, maple and oak. There are several bushes mixed in that I don't recognize and then a strip of grass and herbs (wild onions, wild lettuce, wild garlic...etc) going into the ditch back there.
We had honeysuckle growing along the front deck at the other house. We loved to smell it when it bloomed every year. (I strung 50 lb test line between the posts on the deck so the honeysuckle could climb it and shade the deck on that side. It worked really well.)

I went on a hike this afternoon... clear to the end of our back yard. Pretty told me we had honeysuckle in the forest back there so I went looking. I didn't find it so I'll have to ask her to show it to me. (She wants to transplant some against the front porch. She hates to trim after she mows so wants to make sure she doesn't have to trim. )
I did take some pictures of the forest/trees in our back yard. I'm thinking about making a post about it.

@TheHorse — Austin Tex-Mex. With a fish for a logo. And t-shirts that say “Tacocat spelled backwards is Tacocat.” So unusual fits in.

I fried a slice of ham and put it, American cheese and mayo on potato bread. Delicious.
I hope you have a good time with your friends.

@TheHorse I use canned and if you get a good brand like Brookdale or Mary Kitchen it is worth it and tastes great,

Well, we had Fried Indian Bread made of stuffed Potatoes - we call it "Aloo Ka Parantha", with curd.
We had a good tea in the evening.
Now we have not planned exactly what we would have for the dinner.
Have a great Sunday ahead.

@TheHorse I put nothing on the croissants, but inside the croissants I had put home made peach jam. I do not like a lot of butter, a little butter on toasted bread is fine, but a croissant is already full of butter because it is made starting from a puff pastry.
