Leftover Meatloaf for Lunch

Meatloaf sandwich!!!

I heated up leftover meatloaf and put it in a sandwich for lunch. I used three seed sour dough bread and mayonnaise. Still out of chips so ate some popcorn in a pickle with it. The popcorn is really good, tastes like pickles. Threw in a few green olives too and washed it down with iced water. Good stuff.

It has been along time since I had a meatloaf sandwich. When I did have one; it was on a different kind of bread.

It's one of my favorites but I don't eat it a lot. I like to eat a variety of meals.
