good afternoon, from southeast asia and good morning and evening the rest of the world Monday has come again the daily routine as usual and now I'm taking a break because my work is a little loose even though it's the 7th usually I have a lot of work, it's time to have lunch at a restaurant while chatting with friends just around the office, with a "gado-gado" menu /mixed vegetables with the peanut sauce, have you ever eaten it? I think this food is suitable for vegetarians

The Philippines also has a dish with peanut / garlic sauce called " kare-kare but besides the vegetables ( eggplants, banana heart, string beans) it has beef, oxtail or tripes so it's not vegetarian, you're dish besides being healthy looks delicious.

there seems to be something in common, that there is no banana heart, I usually add tempeh, tofu, chicken, or meat as a side dish

No, but it looks yummy. It's early evening, almost 4pm. Warm and getting cloudy. Past 2 days in evening and night light rains.

@oahuwriter thank you, because we only have two rainy and dry seasons, at this time the dry season feels the same as summer, starting from March to August.

@ladyhero I am fond of peanuts. I eat them roasted, boiled and even add them in vegetables. My favourite is roasted peanut butter with honey that I get online Never seen peanut sauce.

@allknowing The peanuts are blended or ground until smooth, then add cold or warm boiled water to make peanut sauce
