Lack Of Sleep

Last night i slept at 04.15am and i woke up at 6am. my sleep schedule is messed up lately. but i don't feel tired or even sleepy all day, weird i think. i tried to sleep at noon but i can't sleep too. I don't drink coffee too. I feel my energy is full eventho i lack of sleep, it worries me

That things ever happen to me also. whenever i will do something special then i can't sleep. But i have suggestion for you, maybe imagine something will make you sleep. i do it whenever i hard to sleep

What you imagine to make you sleep? Maybe its help me too because sleep at night also hard for me.

You may feel that for a day or two.. that you are not sleepy at all. i tried that before, sleeping very late at 4am then waking up at 7am.. and not feeling sleepy at noon... it went on and on until the third day, i felt so weak and all i wanted was to sleep... our body has a limit.. be careful.. sleep when you feel like it.. have some rest too, it's difficult to get sick nowadays..

@nzlz123 just watch it coz it might shut without you knowing.. be careful, lack of sleep is dangerous..

I get sick if I don't sleep continually for two days or if I sleep late

Oh! That's too less of eye shut. Good that you are feeling okay. A day or two is okay like this but you really need a good rest on regular basis.

Well, you are doing so well without sleeping.... Jokes apart, rest is important... Do try to take a power nap or something to get yourself going

i sometimes listening to songs to help me sleep, but it doesn't work anyomore these days

Mines much worse. There are certain days I don’t sleep at all. I think the body gets messed up when the sleeping patterns is irregular. May I suggest getting a good night sleep or even get a regular sleeping schedule.

Sleep is important for resting our body . For me whenever I slept for short time during exams or some others reasons, headache will start next day. After completing my sleeping cycle there is no headache. So for me its imp to sleep on time to time, may be its different for others
