Have been doing my morning exercise since last month. I observed one thing in myself that my focus levels are just amazing. I guess my spirits are encouraging me in this way to do exercise regularly .

I started yesterday. Before when I did it, I noticed how it becomes habbit, and doing it gets easy. Its also nice to see progress, it keeps us motivated.
