It is not a real battle. It is a challenge on my part. In the next two days, I have to bake 510 banana walnut muffins. Mentally, I am actually prepared for it. Physically, I know it will be very exhausting. But I am up for the challenge. Knowing the recipients of the muffins will be abandoned kids from different shelters and children with cancer and other disease confined at different children's hospital. Who am I to say no. This is my way of sharing and giving back for the blessings I have been receiving. This is not about the money. The income I get here is very minimal compared to the bakeshop that sells them at a higher price. May the force, luck and power be with me.

For sure I can make 200 muffins in a day with a lot of time still so most likely it will be 250 muffins in a day
