These are the Arbi( taro) leaves which are eaten in our variety in the monsoon, such as the Arbi cutlets and its curry which we like to eat with rice, and the fruit of which we roast in many ways, Boil and eat it. The picture of my kitchen garden.

We call those Elephant's Ear plants here and grow them in our flowerbeds or in pots as houseplants. I have several pots of them. Elephant's Ear plant. Photo is mine.

I've never eaten taro leaves. When I was little I used to play with this leaf because when I was given water, the water didn't stick to the leaf and it was weird, how could that be?
